  • After approximately two weeks we will invite your feedback on us, as we want to know whether you are happy. 

OFFER

  • Negotiating the sale price and terms of a sale is a skill. Only professionally trained staff will handle this for you.
  • We will qualify any buyers fi nancial position and assess any related sale before an offer proceeds. 

SALES PROGRESSION

  • Once you have accepted an offer your dedicated Sales Progressor will call to introduce themselves, discuss your sale with you and oversee it all the way through to the day you move.
